Bent Creek Experimental Forest is where the North Carolina Arboretum a 434-acre garden is located. The Arboretum located within the Pisgah National Forest making it a very special garden located in a natural setting adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We offer many engaging indoor and outdoor exhibits that can appeal to all ages and interests. Come and plan a visit with us so that you can explore, learn, or go hiking or biking though the gardens.
If you plan to visit, stop by the arboretum. If you love taking photographs, this spot is a must see. The natural lighting, endless natural settings and lovely flowers and greenscapes are amazing when photographed.
